The stunning all black BMW M3 E30 that went up against the more modern M3 E92 in a unique test race.
Just days before the start of the 2013 DTM season, reigning champion Bruno Spengler had to face an unusual challenge, a race against the champion from 1989 Roberto Ravaglia.
Both drivers brought with them to Hockenheim, the cars with which won them their DTM titles. However both drivers had a seat swap, Bruno Spengler drove the historic BMW M3 E30 with the modern black design livery of his BMW Bank M3. Roberto Ravaglia was in the seat of the BMW M3 E92 DTM, which was in the livery of the 1989 BMW M3.
