Returns Policy

You may return most new, unused, unopened, and in original packaging items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs* if the issue results from our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). However, for returns on orders that qualified for free shipping at checkout, a deduction may be applied to account for the actual postage cost, as we incur this cost when the order is shipped.

*As we cannot issue international return labels, regardless of the reason, the international return postage will be the customer's responsibility if a return is required. However, we are committed to finding the best possible solution to any issues that may arise, demonstrating our care and value for you as our customer.

If you receive any items that are lost or damaged in shipping, please report this to us immediately by contacting our customer service team. We will guide you through the necessary steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We value your time and will promptly respond with instructions on how to prepare and ship the items back to us. Please note that the return process is more efficient when you provide all the necessary information in your initial contact.

Returns violating this policy may be rejected or assessed a restocking fee at the sole jurisdiction of Great Traditions.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

How long until I get my order?

Most items ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received/cleared. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays (sometimes vary based on shipping provider), weather-related closures, or other unforeseen emergencies.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on your chosen shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Any estimates provided are based on what the shipping providers (USPS, UPS, etc.) state and are not guaranteed.
