Product Overview
Brand New/Never Used/Original Packaging
- This is the Slot.it (SICA12b) Audi R8C car driven by C. Abt, S. Johansson and S. Ortelli at Le Mans in 1999.
- Silver and black in color with red accents.
- High performance balanced 21,500 rpm high torque motor, lowered motor pod (known as the drop pod),tempered rear axle, high performance set screw crown gear with brass pinion on the motor shaft, aluminum wheels with set screws in the rear, 1 neodymium magnet, brass axle bushings for the rear axle, free set of silicone tires included under the base and competition braid.
- Comes with an inline motor set up but can be switched to an anglewinder configuration using the drop pod and flat 6 motor which is lower in height so that it clears the body where the curvature would have caused interference.
- The body on the SICA01F was rounded to accommodate the standard motor and so Slot.it, wanting to make the car more true to its original design, put the curvature in the SICA12A and now SICA12B and developed a whole new motor to fit in without any interference from this correct body shape. The anglewinder pod and flat 6 motor are an option and not included with this car.
