It will feel like you just added 5,000 rpm to your car. Add some to worn brushes and the car runs like you just put new brushes on the car. The bottle is meant to refill the standard steel tipped needle applicator bottle (S7-404) which contains 30 ml, which is enough juice for a stable of cars for a whole year; however, for those that need more, here is a 4 ounce refill.
