This model is part of the Gaugemaster exclusive Le Mans Collection in which has been specially commissioned. Ford entered four of their mighty MkIV GT coupes into the 1967 Le Mans 24hrs as well as three MkII versions to act as back-up cars. This MkII was officially entered by Ford of France and was driven by Jean Louis Schlesser and Guy Ligier. This will appeal to collectors of both Ford GT’s, and cars that raced at Le Mans.
