In 1980 Porsche were between the 935K which had they felt had reached the end of its development and the new Group C car which would be the 956 of 1982. So, the official works team for that year comprised of three small 924 Turbos. Each had a themed country, this one being the British car and was driven to a creditable 12th place by Tony Dron and Andy Rouse. Like all Fly models this is very highly detailed and will appeal to collectors of Le Mans machinery.
