85309 Carrera Braids/Brushes and Guide Keels (For Cars Made From 2007 Forward) 1:32 Slot Car Part
A flatter and smaller guide fin. It can be used to run Carrera cars on other brands of tracks such as Scalextric or Ninco.
The standard guide fin is 10 mm and 2 mm wide. The special guide fin is 7 mm high and 1.5 mm wide.
- 8 Double Sliding Contact Braids/Brushes and 2 Guide Keels - for cars made from 2007 forward
- Also, allows you to run cars on Scalextrix, SCX, Ninco Artin and other 1/32 scale tracks with a shallow groove
- The brushes and keels will normally wear down and need to be replaced for optimum performance especially through curved sections of track
- As the brushes wear the car tend to stutter or stop this is an indication that the brushes need to me replaced
