- There are two base pieces with adjustable screws to raise or lower the round tubes that make up the support for Carrera banked track per package.
- In order to support banked track, Carrera uses base pieces with mounting feet.
- Then a series of round tubes are put inside each other to make them taller to reach the higher radius turns and make a smooth curve in the banked track.
- Once you get to a certain point where no more tube sections will fit, the screw adjustment comes into play enabling you to extend the height in small increments until it is just right.
