In September 2019, the Berchtesgadener Land dairy started a competition that not only children would love for their Alpenzwerg yoghurts. In the big drawing competition on the pack of children's yoghurts, there is a family visit to Carrera World with an overnight stay and a Carrera Digital Set 132 - of course including the new Carrera Berchtesgadener Land milk truck - to be won. With the start of the competition on the Alpenzwerg packaging, the dairy switched to the new reduced-sugar recipes.
The competition is the result of a cooperation between the two brand manufacturers Berchtesgadener Land and Carrera. Participation is child's play: if you take off the alpine dwarf cuff, you will find a template on the back. These need to be complemented with paintings. Young consumers can either send the finished work of art by post to the Berchtesgadener Land dairy or simply upload it to Instagram #carrerafüralpenzwerge by November. The family visit to Carrera World will be raffled off as the main prize from all entries. Other prizes include the Carrera Digital Set 132 and the Carrera milk truck from the Berchtesgadener Land dairy.
Extensive cross-media promotion for the Carrera sweepstakes
The campaign with sweepstakes is indicated by information on packs of the Alpenzwerg fruit and crisps, as well as the 250 ml organic Alpine milk, the 250 ml Alpenzwerg chocolate milk and the longer-lasting organic milk. Posters, shelf wobblers and shelf signs draw attention to the competition at the POS. Advertisements in children's magazines communicate the competition and promote sales of the organic range from Berchtesgadener Land.
